Paddy McGuinness shows off two-stone weight loss after four month transformation

Take Me Out presenter Paddy McGuinness has revealed his body transformation after just four months of a “good diet” and training.

The 45 year old took to Instagram to share the before and after pictures with his 928k followers.

Paddy revealed he got down to 12% body fat and weighed 78.7kg in the after image.

Christine McGuiness’s husband also told his followers the dramatic transformation took place in 2018 but he had begun to feel “a bit too thin”.

He wrote: “Totally forgot to post this last year! This is a before and after pic from the four months of good diet and training I did.

“I really enjoyed it and definitely could have got leaner but I began to feel a bit too thin.”

Explaining his fitness journey, he wrote: “I started at 92.7kg and finished at 78.7kg.

“I got down from around 26% body fat to 12% and went from a 36” waist to a 32!”

Paddy explained that he’s now between the two pictures “shape wise” after indulging at Christmas.

He added: “I’m now somewhere in between these two pics shape wise, probably more to the first one after Chrimmy!

“I still enjoy training but I don’t fancy stripping that much fat again.

“I now weigh 88.2kg with a 33” waist, I feel strong and good at that.”

Commenting on the transformation, one fan posted: “Massive transformation, I think you look younger before all the training!

“As long as your comfortable and happy in your own body then it really doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks.”

Another added: “-14% body fat in four months is epic. Nice work mate.”
