You’ll get an earful with this plump pop. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a bulging cyst on a woman’s earlobe. And the resulting growth resembles a white kernel of the sweetest sweet corn.

“Yay! Ear pops are my fave,” one fan commented on the clip. Well, this one will certainly satisfy if you feel the same.

In the quick clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the cyst and easily squeezes the growth out with her fingers. The famed derm then uses tweezers and a pair of surgical scissors to snip out the mass, making sure it’s gone for good.

“A kernel of sweet corn in her ear,” one fan commented on the clip. See, told you this one was the cream of the crop.

Dr. Lee identifies the cyst as an epidermoid cyst in the video. This type of cyst contains a collection of wet dead skin cells and keratin. They can occur on the face, neck and body, and that certainly includes the ear.
