  • Miley Cyrus’ ex Kaitlynn Carter is reportedly “worried” for Miley amid her public fling with Cody Simpson.
  • Miley and Kaitlynn broke up two weeks ago and dated for less than two months.

There has been a LOT going on with Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson’s relationship this weekend. They were first caught kissing over açai bowls on Thursday, and since then, Miley posted thirsty photos of Cody and went on a very long rant about dating in the public eye. Cody also posted a photo kissing Miley’s forehead and calling her “baby,” which Miley responded to by Instagramming photos of herself as an actual baby. Honestly, it’s been exhausting just trying to keep up with these two!

And Cody and Miley’s relationship came as a bit of a surprise, not only because Miley separated from her husband Liam Hemsworth a few months ago, but also because her fling with Kaitlynn Carter ended just two weeks ago. You might recall Miley and Kaitlynn’s making out on boats (and in clubs!), wearing matching outfits, and leaving sexy comments on each other’s Instagrams. Good times!

Kaitlynn and Miley reportedly ended things on good terms—according to a source, “They’re still friends…but they’re just not in a romantic relationship anymore.” And while TMZ reports that “she’s not bothered” by Miley’s very public affair with Cody, “Kaitlynn has expressed concern over Miley’s behavior to friends” and “she’s worried for her well-being.”

To be fair, in Miley’s aforementioned rant she also talked about being slut-shamed and the challenges of dating while famous. However, from an outsider’s perspective (mine, hi), Miley seems to be enjoying her time with Cody. So hopefully everything is okay with Miley, and she’s as happy making out with Cody as she looks!
